Decadent Delights: Indulge in Heavenly Chacaolate Not Chocolate-Covered Strawberries with Melted Cacao Mass!



Ingredients:

  1. Fresh strawberries (washed and dried)
  2. 2 parts Cacao mass (finely chopped)
  3. 1 part Cacao butter (finely chopped)
  4. Optional toppings: chopped nuts, shredded coconut, sprinkles

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare a baking sheet or tray lined with parchment paper.

Step 2: Melt cacao paste and cacao butter in a bowl suspended over another containing hot water-low heat until smooth and completely melted. Stir occasionally to ensure even melting. Be careful not to overheat the mixture.

** Optional step: Stir in sweetener in amount you prefer. Use minimum. Can completely omit sweetener.

Step3: Holding each strawberry by the stem, dip it into the melted cacao mass and cacao butter mixture, swirling to coat it evenly. Allow any excess mixture to drip off.

Step4: Place the dipped strawberries onto the prepared baking sheet or tray, making sure they are not touching each other.

** Optional Step: If desired, sprinkle your choice of toppings over the dipped strawberries while the cacao mass and cacao butter mixture is still wet.

Step5: Once all the strawberries are dipped and decorated, place the baking sheet or tray in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes to allow the cacao mass and cacao butter mixture to set and harden.

 

Once the mixture has set, remove the strawberries from the refrigerator and serve immediately. Enjoy these decadent chocolate-covered strawberries with the added richness of cacao butter as a delicious treat or dessert!

 

Note: You can adjust the ratio of cacao mass to cacao butter based on your preference for flavor and texture. Additionally, feel free to experiment with different types of toppings to customize your chocolate-covered strawberries to your liking!
